No matter the size, scope, or industry, every Alliance opportunity is carefully evaluated to ensure only the most viable opportunities are presented to partners and investors. The process begins once a prospective deal is identified. We begin our initial due diligence by conducting an internal market evaluation, identify key and subordinate stakeholders, and evaluate the local development, design & construction environment. If a prospect is deemed viable, we present it to our partners and investors and determine whether it should become a deal.
At Alliance, we believe in the old adage that “design is intelligence made visible”. Our vision, passion and hard work becomes tangible through the design of our projects. Whether the deal is a build-to-suit office building or the workover of an existing oil field, the functionality and aesthetic quality of the project is a direct reflection of who we are as a company. As a prospect becomes a deal, we work directly with our talented team of design partners to help turn concept into reality through entitlement, procurement, design, and value engineering.
Although diligent evaluation and design are paramount to a project’s success, planning amounts to only good intentions unless met with hard work. This is why Alliance does not outsource Leadership. Every development we engage is directly managed by an Alliance Principal to ensure the on-time delivery and on-budget close out of our deals. This typically includes direct GC management, tenant procurement & oversight, as well as the long-term management of the project.
