Alliance Investments is developing a lifestyle-centric mixed-use office & light industrial concept in the Colorado Tech Center in Louisville, CO. The 80,000 SF project located will consist of approximately 27,000 SF of industrial space, 38,000 SF of Class A office, and 15,000 SF of shared amenity/public/common space. These for-lease/for sale spaces range from 2,000 to 8,000+ SF per unit and may be combined to create a flexible unit configuration. The heart of the project will be the “Grotto” which will feature a convertible coffee to cocktail concept that opens up to a sprawling plaza.
