Alliance Investments and H&H Hotels co-developed this LEED Certified, extended stay Element by Westin hotel on High Point Blvd and Tower Road near the Denver International Airport. The 4-story, 123 room hotel features a sprawling lobby, full service bar, amenity courtyard with a fire pit and BBQ grill, a swimming pool, and state of the art guest rooms. The Element DIA hotel opened August 2020 and is also located near the Gaylord of the Rockies Hotel & Convention Center.
