Alliance Investments, H&H Hotels, and Michigan based Promanas Group co-developed this LEED Certified, extended stay Element by Westin hotel on 13th and Elati Street in Denver’s historic Golden Triangle neighborhood. The project was an integrated design-build with The Beck Group and opened August 5, 2019. The 157 room hotel features a lobby bar and restaurant, spacious 1st floor pocket park, a 7th floor conference space with attached amenity deck, large boardroom, sprawling fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and onsite valet parking. The lobby and parking structure (levels 1-2) were constructed out of concrete and the guest rooms (levels 3-7) were constructed using a revolutionary prefabricated structural steel system from Prescient.
